ILSBO chain mulchers are intended to keep ditch banks, road shoulders and old fields free of brushwood and shrubbery. Using a chain has proven to be the most economical option for clearing brush in rocky and difficult environments. The chain is excellent for inhibiting regrowth since it splits the stubble and stems so that they dry out.
ILSBO H1000/H1200/H1500 Standard and Pro
The Ilsbo H series includes hydraulic chain devices installed on the top of cranes. The internal pulley system eliminates pressure surges and increases the life of the active components. In order to achieve maximum gearing, the pulleys can easily be changed. The hydraulic motor is equipped with a check valve to protect the components in the event of unintentional stop.
For easy installation of our chain mulchers we constantly develop new attachments adapted to well-known crane manufacturers such as Noremat, Khun, Bomford, Epoke, Lagard, etc. We also produce universal-attachments, please contact us for advice and suggestions for solutions. Requirements: 1 pressure outlet, 1 return outlet. Leaking oil pipe (drainage) sent directlyto the tank. NOTE! Always read the specifications from the engine manufacturer before installation.
ILSBO M120/M150/M164 Standard, Pro, Combi and Pro Combi
In the wide PTO-driven product range includes every model in four different versions: Standard, Pro, Combi and Combi Pro. Pro models are constructed to withstand a greater wear and Combi models the option of pulling, reversing or front-mounted driving.
Mounted on the tractor ‘s three-point lift. The hydraulic hose is mounted in the tractor’s outlet. The cutter has an internal belt drive, which means long life for the active components. The recommended speed on the power outlet (PTO) is 540 – 1000 rpm. Can be angled from -35° to +90°.
ILSBO B150
Front or rear mounted on the tractor’s three-point lift. Suitable for overgrown fields, clearing pathways, ski trails, etc. With a movable shield, the cutter can be run in both directions. The cutter has an internal belt drive, which means long life for the active components. The recommended speed on the power train outlet (PTO) is 540 – 1000 rpm.
Side shifter S120 ja S120P
An accessory that is installed between the tractor and the Ilsbo Chain Mulcher. Displaces the mulcher up to 120 cm. To make cutting easier, e.g. narrow forest roads, the mulcher can be retracted 60 cm closer to the tractor, and to increase the working area, the blade can be extended 60 cm from the tractor. Another advantage is that the tool is more visible when mounted on a large tractor.
