The HYMACH side-arm flail mowers are developed for intensive verge maintenance works, the cutting of shrubs, for shearing edges.
Different models: front brushcutters, rear brushcutters, central brushcutters, advanced brushcutters, vacuum brushcutters.
Boomcutters designed to be hooked to the tractor three-point hitch. Long reach booms need also the support frame under the rear axle of the tractor or frame under the tractor.
The pivot of the boom can be: on the left, on the right and in the middle of the tractors central axis.
The various series differ in the construction of the arm which is consistent with the length, the tools attached at the end and the degree of the forward rotation of the arm. It is possible to move the arm into a forward position so that the operator has better visibility when working. These booms are equipped with the rotator to adjust the angle of the cutting head.
Reach of these booms 12 m max.
Central units – cutters with arms, to be mounted on tractors with a custom-built frame, the pivot of the boom is between rear and the front axle. This frame can be removed at any time from the tractor in order to use it for other types of work. The arm rotating hinge (pivot) can be standard or lowered, depending on whether you need to go around obstacles on the edge of the road or use the longest length possible.
The hydraulic tank-control unit is at the rear and operates via connection with the PTO of the tractor, 540 or 1000 rpm. Reach of these booms 15 m max.
Boomcutters have floating position of the boom and the head.
The arm swings back or forward, when meeting obstacles.
Controls : servo proportional controls (4 levers) , mixed controls with joystick (low-pressure / electrical) , electric proportional with joystick.
Versions available both for right-hand and left-hand work.
There is a variety of choice of cutting heads for the different types of vegetation and condition of the ground which guarantees the continuity and uniformity of cut.
Most models have the possibility to interchange the cutting head with other tool heads with a few simple steps makes each machine versatile, and practical for different jobs.

They can also be custom built by modifying both the structure and the system for each user’s particular needs.
