Horizontal Directional Drilling Tool Joint & Drill Collar Compound
HDD Auto and Manual thread compounds are Lead-free, containing Copper flake, graphite, rust and corrosion inhibitors. They also contain anti-oxidants, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, blended into Jet-Lube base grease. HDD Auto grade uses special Arctic oil for superior low temperature properties. HDD Auto and Manual use a lower viscosity base oil more suitable for HDD equipment, compared to oilfield operations. HDD Auto and Manual give superior adhesion to wet steel surfaces and resistance to water washoff.
Service Range:
Autolube: -47°C to 149°C,
Manual -18°C to 232°C
HDD Autolube is designed for automatic lubrication systems. HDD Manual is designed for manual application of lubricant.

Coppercrest
Coppercrest is an ideal lubricant for machine parts that have to withstand high temperatures. Coppercrest has no equal in temperature services up to 982°C (1800°F). Fittings that are heated red hot, then allowed to cool, can quickly be disassembled without seizure or distortion. Coppercrest is recommended for production and maintenance jobs where speed in assembling and dismantling is essential.
