WIDOS welding machine 4900 set
Butt-welding machine for PE, PP, PVDF pipes and fittings from OD 90 up to OD 315, max.force 590 daN at 100 bar, max working pressure appr. 120 bar.
Basic machine with separate heating element and double clamping, guided by two hydraulic cylinders using two connection hoses firmly fixed at the machine with quick-action couplings. The left-hand clamping device can be easily removed by loosening 3 screws for welding thight areas (in trenches, branches of T-pieces etc).
Hydraulic power source with protective frame for clamping device operation and precise welding pressure control, with pressure relief valve, digital pressure gauge, pressure backup and quick-action coupling devices for connection to the clamping device.
Planer with electric chain drive in a closed aluminium housing and external chip removal, on/off switch at the geared motor.
Heating element is nonstick-coated, with connection cable, control lamps for system- and interval checking, electronic temperature control in accordance with DVS 2208 and digital temperature display for comparison of desired and actual value. Heat protected box for the heating element and the planer.
