Description
PLAISANCE mills are equipped with fixed carbide teeth. The exchange of the hammers is quick and simple. The helical positioning of the hammers on the rotor ensures the best efficiency on the market and prevents vibration.
Also, the products are equipped with durable bearings and transfers. The corpus is made from the special steel – HLE. Inside of the mulcher is high resistant steel.
PLAISANCE equipements hydraulic mulchers are useful when no way to work with a standard tractor is possible: embankment, rivers etc.
Technical specification: The diameter of the rotor is 300 mm for models 301 and 400 mm for models 401 (with shafts, the diameters are 400 mm and 500 mm respectively). The ends of the hammers are made of hard alloy. Wire protection.
Models 301 are gearboxes for gear motors for rotors with gear belts, while models 401 have 5 belt drive.
Piston motor, maximum current pressure of 520 bar. Hydraulic hatch. Chain curtains.
Attachments and hoses optional.
Oil needed: models BFH 301 – flow 100 l/min, pressure 200 bar and models BFH 401 – flow 150 l/min, pressure 250 bar.
